This website is an informational, static site. Beyond delivering the page itself, personal data is only processed when you use one of the forms (contact, newsletter).

You have the right to information about, correction and deletion of your stored personal data, to restriction of processing, to object, to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You may withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future.

4. Hosting (Cloudflare)

This website is hosted and delivered as a static site by Cloudflare Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data (e.g. IP address, time of request, requested resource, browser and operating-system information) to deliver the content securely and to defend against attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; standard contractual clauses also apply.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website sets no tracking, analytics or marketing cookies and embeds no web-analytics services. Fonts are served locally; there is no connection to Google Fonts or other third-party CDNs.

6. Contact and newsletter form (Vemix)

The forms embedded on this site (contact and newsletter) are technically provided via our own platform Vemix (app.vemix.io), which is also operated by Thorsten Dunker Investment GmbH. A script is loaded from app.vemix.io to display the forms. When you submit a form, the data you enter (e.g. name, company, email, message) is transmitted to and stored on that platform to handle your enquiry or to record and contact you as a prospect.

Since the platform and the website are operated by the same controller, there is no transfer to a separate controller; processing takes place within Thorsten Dunker Investment GmbH. Legal basis for contact enquiries is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. A honeypot field and a signed form token are used to prevent abuse.

Newsletter sign-up uses a double opt-in: after registering you receive an email asking you to confirm. Only after confirmation do we add you to the list. Legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you may withdraw at any time with effect for the future (e.g. via the unsubscribe link in every email).
